With these values we have built-up and continue to build further our company. On this base we organise our services and automatically we meet people and companies who have the same vision. Together we make a difference for a better world, with much less pollution, less energy consumption and support to create products which not only makes life but the world better.

Environment

We respect and support nature. We have a very strict policy regarding recycling and non-pollution strategy. All employees know these company values and are trained to follow the internal rules and systems. We have installed on our roofs a 40 kW Photovoltaic system which helps reducing our CO2 footprint and we plan in the near future to further increase this system. Also optimisations in our HVAC system and the use of LED lighting reduced significantly the amount of electrical energy. Also new investments made for the HVAC resulted in a lower gas consumption for heating.

We have an open organisation with clear defined tasks and self-steering teams who can act together fast and flexible on new situations. This organisation structure and procedures are managed by the whole team with support of the Managing Director and Quality Manager.
