Contract based – Forecasts and Call-Offs

In the offer phase (Project driven), we will in close collaboration with you, finetune to the best economical offer balanced on optimised Production qty’s and minimum Stock qty’s. After that, we will investigate the best supply chain solutions (international orientation), risk factors and opportunities.

Supply-chain

The Assemblies section is FLOW DRIVEN for each assembly type/family. Here a detailed purchase planning of each component is vital, based on a professional functioning Purchase team together with a proven Supplier base and an organised internal logistics/stock system. Although we focus on a stable and low risk supply of all items split in different commodities, we keep an open eye on new developments in the supplier’s markets, which could reduce risks or price levels. Long term relationships are however our goal as trust in a relationship will in stormy periods gets us all trough easier.

Standard components are purchased from world known specialised suppliers. Manufacturing items are either manufactured by EMTECH’s own CNC Parts Production section and/or purchased from our manufacturing partners, mainly for the frames, sheet metal and other commodities.

For each new assembly we produce a detailed assembly instruction, inspection and test procedures and keep these instructions and procedures up to date. Updates can be initiated due to changed issued by the client, due to optimizations initiated by our team or due to changes in (standard) components. The last two will only be implemented after written client approval.

Building-up and Testing

At important stages QC inspection is required before a next stage is executed. All inspections and if required Functional testing are added in the Quality File of the machine. After completion of a build, a final Test is performed in accordance with the subject procedure.
