At our modern and clean facilities, we manufacture and build (sub) machines or your required CNC parts as per your specification and have the orders transported in time to your manufacturing plant(s) for further process.

SMALL/MEDIUM size series

We are specialists in smaller and medium series, mainly for the FOOD and PACKAGING markets, next to the AERONAUTICAL, AEROSPACE and EMS markets.

Experience

We started our mission in 2004 in Romania with Dutch capital and Leadership. First, we started with the production of CNC Milling and Turning parts. In 2011 we started the Assembly activity as a separate section, first for one client but in meantime for many clients. Both sections are run as two different COST CENTRES.

In meantime we are a proven partner to World Leading Machine Developers/Manufacturers mainly located in Europe.

Our Sales team is focused on COMMUNICATING with you as FAST as you would do it yourself or even faster sometimes. We don’t want to receive not even 1 reminder, ever. We know how it feels not to get an answer in time. Our communication with you will be down to earth, complete and above all, CLEAR.

Empowered teams consisting of motivated specialists are run by experienced Team Leaders which are supported again by a small Management Team. We have a long-term focus regarding client relationships. We focus on a steady development of the company regarding new technologies and expansion. Our Turn-Over is over 3M Euro with an organisation of 70+ FTE’s and a stable financial base.

The QC organisation is supported throughout the company and is verifying each important step in the flow of the production, based on our Quality Handbook, Quality procedure and instruction. QC department manages a very active continuous Improvement system, which results in a impressively low Non Conformity rate at client level as well as in our production processes. We are certified by Lloyd’s for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

The Purchase & Logistics Department is responsible also for all incoming and outgoing transportation. For nearby transport demands, mainly deliveries to/from local surface treatments partners, we use our own vans. For all other transportation like import of raw materials and transport of finished products to our clients, we work with reliable international transport companies and couriers. Our OTD goal is 95% in-time, measured per order line. Transportation is outsourced to our specialist transport partners.
